We are glad to invite you for one day trek to one of the greatest canyons in the Sahyadri mountain ranges - Sandhan valley on 20th April 2014 (Starting 19th April night).
Great opportunity to enjoy thrill of Rappelling. After descending valley, we will trek to Dehane village.
General Information:
Sandhan valley is a 2 km long natural gorge formed by the force of flowing water.
It’s a kind of experience to walk through this 500 ft deep narrow gorge where in one has to tackle uneven rock patches, patches where in one has to cross water pools as deep as 4 ft. We will be also rappelling down 3 rock patches. Its like walking in long rocky cave which is open from top because of which we don't feel scary :)
Grade: Strenuous
Meeting Point: Kasara Station.
Catch fast train to Kasara on 19th April 2014 (Saturday night)

- Traveling from Kasara to Samrad and Dehane to Asangaon
