Trek to Talagad and Kuda caves with Aberrant Wanderers on 9th June 2013

Hello Wanderers,
      We are glad to invite you for Trek to Talagad and Kuda Caves on 9th June,2013.

Talagad :

The only remnants on this fort are the beautiful fortification which is still in very good condition. An easy hike of 30 minutes takes you to the top. It offers a 360 degree view of the entire Roha region. There are few dried water tanks, ruins of apartments and bastions. The fortification wall is double layered.

Kuda Caves-  
Kuda caves, Located near Kuda Village in Raigad Dist. Kuda Caves consists of a series of 26 Buddhist caves

Trek Itinerary:

We will be leaving by Diva- Roha Passenger @ 6.20AM

Meeting Point- Diva on sharp 6 AM

09:00 am:Reach Indapur
09:45 am: @ Tala Village
Breakfast – Tea Time

10:30 am: Start the trek
11:45 am: Atop Talagad  Fort
12 noon : Exploration, Lunch, rest etc
01:00 pm: Descend
02:00 pm: move towards Kuda Caves

03:00 pm : back to Roha

08:00 pm : Mumbai

Expenses:
Rs 300/- per head which includes travelling from  Roha to Roha , breakfast and evening tea.
(Please carry packed lunch for the day.)
